Week six of the 2025 NFL season

Payton has won a Super Bowl and has surpassed Bill Parcells in all-time victories (173, tying for 14th). He's seen it all. In my opinion the achievements the Broncos are experiencing on offence is largely due to his leadership, his schemes, his game sense – and the combination with the QB aids make him what he is.

You wouldn't want a more qualified person guiding you, to assist you through difficult moments and boost self-belief.

I believe in Denver's defence, in the QB's grit and calm. But is the team strong enough to face a top squad at full strength? Since that was not a Super Bowl performance by the Eagles in their last game.

Following the upcoming matchup, the Broncos have a manageable slate until their bye (in week twelve) - the Giants, Dallas Cowboys, the Texans plus the Raiders prior to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Looking at their division, the Chiefs are 2-3 while Denver are even with the Los Angeles Chargers on 3-2 so they could make a run at leading the division.
